Kingston is a 6,702-acre master planned community perfectly situated in the heart of Southwest Florida, near the popular Cameratta communities of Verdana Village, The Place at Corkscrew, Corkscrew Shores, and The Preserve at Corkscrew.

In time, Kingston will offer approximately 10,000 residences with exceptional family-friendly amenities, 700,000 square feet of commercial space, and more. The development of this expansive property also brings state-of-the-art infrastructure to the corridor, such as a meandering roadway that will connect Kingston’s borders on Corkscrew Road and State Road 82. Nearby conveniences include The Shoppes at Verdana Village, anchored by Publix and offering dining, retail, banking, and medical services, with more to come.

Where It All Begins

Development of Kingston has begun with Kingston South and Esplanade at Kingston. The offerings include single family and villa residences by Lennar, Pulte and Neal Communities in Kingston South, which is located south of Corkscrew Road. Taylor Morrison will offer single family and condo residences in The Esplanade on the north side of Corkscrew Road. Model homes will be underway by spring 2026 and available for viewing late 2026.
